1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and G FORCE MEDIA SERVICES, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 8130898) with its registered office at Units 6 & 7, Eastway Business Village, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9WT, UK, trading as "EV Charger for Home" ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms concern your access to and use of the evchargerforhome.co.uk website (the “Site”) and the introducer services we offer. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.

2. Our Services

EV Charger for Home acts as an introducer and lead generation service. We connect users ("you") seeking EV charger installations with a network of independent, third-party EV charger installers ("Installers"). Our service is to facilitate this connection by collecting your requirements via our Site and passing your details to one or more suitable Installers in our network. The actual provision of quotes, EV charger supply, installation services, and any subsequent contractual agreements are directly between you and the Installer. We do not provide installation services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement you make with an Installer.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Payment

When you request a quote through our Site, we will pass your details (including your name, contact information, property details, and installation preferences) to one or more Installers. These Installers will then contact you directly to provide specific quotes, conduct site surveys if necessary, and discuss their terms. Any quotes provided come from the Installers, not from G FORCE MEDIA SERVICES. An order for installation is confirmed when you accept an Installer's quote and agree to their terms. All payment arrangements for services and products are made directly between you and the chosen Installer. G FORCE MEDIA SERVICES is not involved in these financial transactions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United Kingdom and international conventions.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use in seeking an EV charger installation. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit (e.g., in a quote form) will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (4) you are at least 18 years of age; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise, except for standard search engine indexing; (6) you will not use the Site or our Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (7) your use of the Site and Services will not violate any applicable UK law or regulation.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available (i.e., to request an introduction to EV charger Installers). The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to engage in activities such as systematically retrieving data, unauthorised use, interfering with the site, or using information obtained to harass others.

7. Installation, Warranties, and Customer Obligations

All installation services are performed by independent third-party Installers. You are responsible for selecting an Installer and entering into a direct contract with them. The terms of installation, including site suitability, scheduling, and customer responsibilities, will be determined by the Installer. Manufacturer warranties for chargers and any workmanship warranties for the installation are provided by the respective manufacturer and the Installer, not by G FORCE MEDIA SERVICES. It is your responsibility to verify the Installer's qualifications, insurance, and specific terms before agreeing to any work. While we may provide information about potential grants (e.g., EV chargepoint grant), final eligibility and application are typically handled in conjunction with the chosen Installer, and approval is determined by the grant administrator.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, G FORCE MEDIA SERVICES (trading as EV Charger for Home) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, our introducer services, or any services, actions, or omissions of the third-party Installers we connect you with. Our liability is strictly limited to the provision of the introducer service as described in these Terms. Any claims, disputes, or issues relating to the EV charger, its installation, quality of work, or warranties must be directed to the relevant Installer or manufacturer.

We make reasonable efforts to connect you with reputable and qualified Installers, but we do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or performance of any Installer or their services. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, in relation to services provided *by the Installers*, are with those Installers directly.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.

10. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our introducer Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or our Services.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site and our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a complaint arises regarding our introducer service, please contact us first. For disputes with Installers, you should address them directly with the Installer. You may wish to consider Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures for disputes with Installers.

13. Severability

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
